Nature Product

Wood is a natural, stable and long-lived material from nature. The children of all age classes have a lot of fun with the beautiful and love-made wooden toys.

All B & Julian products are made exclusively from high quality wood. The processed wood comes from sustainable forestry and is 100% FSC certified. For the production of solid wood toys, various wood species such as beech, birch, maple, linden or bamboo are selected and used according to their characteristics for every toy.

Produktion

The production of B & Julian wooden toys takes place in the selected factory. Through ongoing investment and further development in a modern machine park and a competent employee base, our production partner is a high-performance company, which concentrates entirely on the production of wooden toys. In cooperation with our partner, we develop and produce the B & Julian products, from the beginning of the design process to production and delivery of our products.

Not only when selecting the material, but also in the production processes used, is the preservation of natural resources at the forefront. Whether it is energy consumption, packaging alternative or recycling of wood residues, it is important for us to produce the products produced by us as environmentally friendly as possible. The selected production partner, which we have worked with for many years, is ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certified.

Heart and soul of our products

The quality and safety of our products is particularly important to us. Our products comply with the European and national regulations for the safety of toys, meet the US standards ASTM and comply with the EU standard (EN71).

In order to control the quality of our products, all B & Julian wooden toys are regularly tested in-house and by independent external testing institutes.

Children look forward to cheerful colorful colors. When we bring the color into play, the toys are only painted with water-based paints and contain no chemical pollutants. The children can therefore take the toys without hesitation into their mouths.We pay particular attention to the fact that the articles for babies and toddlers do not have sharp edges, which could injure the children.
